Typographical Errors

In the event that a Expandingpliers.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Product Warranty

For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, Expandingpliers.com warrants to the original customer that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship affecting the proper functioning of the product. BROKEN TIPS OF THE PLIERS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY UNLESS IT IS DETERMINED BY EXPANDINGPLIERS.COM THAT IT IS DUE TO A FACTORY DEFECT.

Expandingpliers.com, at its option, will repair or replace any defective items after our determination that the issue qualifies.

Expandingpliers.com will cover the cost of shipping repaired or replaced items to the customer, however, customers are responsible for shipping the defective part to Expandingpliers.com.

This warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or alteration. This warranty is not transferable and proof of purchase is required on all warranty claims
